Both men and women should recognise that the importance of sex makes for a strong, healthy life. Sex can help you overcome many sexual problems that are often experienced by both men and women. If couples don’t have regular sex, it can easily lead to serious relationship problems, which are sometimes hard to overcome.
Many couples who are sexually active enjoy a healthy sex life.
